Argentine Pass, June 2005

This was are first clean up day of the summer with the Clear Creek Ranger District. Installed the adopt-a-trail sign and closed off a few illegal user created roads. A nice lunch at the Santiago Mine and mill before heading back down the power line road where we came upon an old FJ40 Land Cruiser frame in the forest. A fun productive day.

Stopped a little ways up the main road for Argentine Pass to install our adopt-a-trail sign. Brant from Clear Creek gives his usual speech.

There are a few crossings of Leavenworth Creek on the power line road. Can bee quiet deep in the spring with the snow melt. Ige crossing in her FJ60.
