Having missed last years Outlaws Run due to Covid-19, I was excited to be back hanging with the gang. The Gila has been on the radar for some time and after our wintery adventure through the Black Hills I decided that a trek South for some warmer temps were what we needed for 2021. With that, we headed down to the Gila Forest in South Western New Mexico. A long drive, but oh so worth it. Definitely plan to be back:)!

Act 1: The trek South, A Very Large Array and a visit to Pie Town

Act 2: Dutch Oven Pass, a fine camp in the woods and some time around Alma

Act 3: The Cat Walk, Mogollon, Gila Cliff Dwellings and further into the Gila
