I helped start this run with my friend Nathaniel Miller (owner of Big Choice Brewery in Brighton) way back in 2006. Over the years, we’ve set out exploring the great state of Colorado and it’s colorful past. We returned often to the area around Pitkin and St. Elmo, a place filled with mining and railroad history. I’ve had a fun time continuing the run as Nathaniel has gotten quite busy with the brewery.

Ghost Town Run 2009- St. Elmo, Hancock Pass, Tomichi Pass, Black Sage Pass and the fun way back to camp. The Alpine Tunnel and another run over Hancock Pass, CO.
Ghost Town Run 2015- St. Elmo, Alpine Pass, Romely and the Mary Murphy Mine. Hancock Pass, The Alpine Tunnel. Cumberland Pass, TinCup, Mirror Lake and TinCup Pass, CO.
Ghost Town Run 2016- St. Elmo, Hancock and Napoleon Pass. A double run over Hancock Pass, Including St. Elmo, Romely and the Mary Murphy Mine. Camp along Middle Quartz Creek and a run over TinCup Pass, CO.
Ghost Town Run 2022: Napoleon Pass, Pomeroy Lakes, Mary Murphy Mine, Hancock and Tincup Passes.
