During the Fall of 2018, my Dad and I headed down to Chaco Canyon for a few days. This trip would be a first time visit for the both of us. We headed down to Chaco before my Open Heart Surgery of 2018. With the thought of being as active as possible to be ready for the surgery. Dad and I had a few days to explore Chaco, and we used every moment to explore as much of this awesome area. Chaco for a time, was the heart of the Anasazi world, spanning a few hundred years ( AD 850 and 1250). I fell in love with Chaco. Amazed at this world that was Anasazi. From the missive Pueblos, Great Kivas and and Great Roads leading in. Every night Dad and I would go and watch the sunset at Fajada Butte.
