Pueblo Bonito, A Chacoan Great House AD 850 – 1250’s. Pueblo Bonito is probably the most know and largest of the Chaco Canyon sites. With over 600 rooms, three Great Kivas and over 30 smaller Kivas, Pueblo Bonito stood up to four stories high. My Dad and I would come back to Pueblo Bonito multiple times through out our visit. Truly an amazing site. And to walk through the old rooms of the pueblo was something wonderful.
