Act 1: The Delores Triangle, Fisher Ford and a run over Dome Plateau

Every year, a group of us head out a few days before our clubs Cruise Moab event to enjoy a few days of camping and wheeling. This year, we spent some time in the Delores Triangle area, accessing it via the Colorado National Monument. This was actually my first time checking out not only the Delores Triangle, but the Colorado national Monument as well. Some great views from Colorado National Monument! My pal Martin and I enjoyed a fun road into camp after exiting the Monument. We spent the next day exploring the Delores triangle, stopping at the Delores River crossing ( river was to high to cross), before heading over to Fisher Ford for a few nights. We enjoyed a trail run on the Dome Plateau (another first for me), before spending our last night in Fisher Ford with the group running the Kokepeli overnight run for Cruise Moab. A fun few days to kick off Cruise Moab:).

Some fine views while passing through Colorado National Monument.

Chasing the setting sun to camp.
